Microfilm

The Petoskey District Library maintains a collection of local papers on microfilm. These may be viewed on our microfilm reader in the reference department. Copies may be made for 15 cents per page. Obituary requests via phone, fax, email or post will be fulfilled for a charge of $2.00 per obituary. Greenwood Cemetery has digitized thousands of obituaries from the local newspapers, and they can be searched and viewed at their website. Our collection includes:
